Question 1

What Is The PQC Readiness Pack?

Accepted Answer

The PQC Readiness Pack is the Cryptographic Inventory / Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Readiness Pack. Contact us with a redacted, unclassified listing of TLS, certificates, PKI, VPN, SSH, code-signing, HSM or KMS product versions, and application crypto libraries. The Cryptographic Bill Of Materials is the input. You get a recommended migration sequence, a phase view, an exposure register, a refuse list, a one-page narrative, and a cover hash, against NIST IR 8547, NIST FIPS 203 / 204 / 205, and CNSA 2.0 when you mark NSS. It is a readiness roadmap, not an authorization, a certification, or a product recommendation.

Question 2

How Do Government Buyers Start?

Accepted Answer

Contact us for a redacted unclassified listing or a firm-fixed-price PQC Readiness Pack. The office gets a sequence it can attach to its migration plan. Primes and subcontractors can use the same pack against the contractor rule due in December 2026. Other Readiness Pack modules and professional services are also firm-fixed-price CLINs. If the file cannot leave the source, use the Evidence Pack. Write to info@enciphersystems.com.

Question 3

What If The Crypto File Cannot Leave The Source?

Accepted Answer

Use the Evidence Pack. You produce a hashed pack on your computer from fictional rows in the browser, or from the installer we send you. Do not attach the pack. Email info@enciphersystems.com for help.

Question 4

Does The Pack Tell Us What To Buy?

Accepted Answer

No. It says what to move first and why, against NIST IR 8547, CNSA 2.0 when you mark NSS, and the sensitivity you provide. A product choice is a separate trade study.

Question 5

What PQC Work Sits Under Professional Services?

Accepted Answer

Three ways to continue after the pack. Cryptographic Assessment is the listing and the sequence. PQC Migration is the later work on rows marked Move First. Quantum-Ready Cyber is advice for program leads and ISSOs. A product name is a trade study. We do not build a custom NSS module, and we do not promise a workload will run faster.

Question 6

Does Encipher Systems Receive Live Keys Or CUI?

Accepted Answer

No. Send versions, not keys. If a private key, a keystore, an HSM export, or unredacted CUI arrives, we delete it unopened and the work does not start.

Question 7

What Does Encipher Systems Do?

Accepted Answer

Encipher Systems is a small-business professional services firm. One team stays from assessment through cutover: systems integration, program management, and solutions development for federal agencies and laboratories. Readiness packs inventory the file you already hold. Focused AI support is the same team drafting with the office: a person accepts or refuses each line. We do not take the prompt, and we do not certify the model. The packs are at https://enciphersystems.com/offers.

Question 8

What Are The Other Readiness Pack Modules?

Accepted Answer

They inventory application schemas, property extracts, imaging exports, and lab traces. The PQC sequence is Readiness Pack 05. See https://enciphersystems.com/offers.

Question 9

What Is The Evidence Pack?

Accepted Answer

When the file has to stay with you, you produce a hashed pack on your computer. Try the sample here on fictional rows, or ask for the signed installer. The 2030 / 2031 / 2035 sequence is the separate Readiness Pack.
